Understanding Your Booking Agreement
When you book with AGS Travels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your reservation. A binding contract is established once we issue your Booking Confirmation Invoice. These conditions—together with the information on our website or promotional materials—constitute the entire agreement between you and AGS Travels. Any information provided by third parties is not considered part of this agreement unless officially confirmed in writing by AGS Travels.
Deposits, Pricing & Final Payment
To secure your reservation, a 60% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to confirm accommodations, transport services, flights, or other arrangements on your behalf. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before your departure date.
For bookings made within two weeks of travel, full payment is required immediately.
All prices are quoted per person in USD, based on double occupancy. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation due to fluctuations in supplier rates or currency exchange.
Changes to Your Booking
Any request to modify your booking must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler or your authorized travel agent. AGS Travels will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
A $20 amendment fee per person applies to all confirmed changes, in addition to any supplier or operational costs incurred.
Changes requested within 21 days of travel may be treated as full cancellations and rebookings.
Cancelling Your Holiday
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who originally placed the booking. The following cancellation fees apply:
56+ days before departure: deposit only
55–43 days: 30% of total cost
42–29 days: 50%
28–15 days: 75%
14 days or less: 100% (no refund)
If your deposit is higher than the listed cancellation fee, the higher amount will be retained. If only some members of your group cancel, additional costs—such as single-room supplements or adjusted transportation fees—may apply to those continuing the trip.
If AGS Travels Changes or Cancels Your Trip
Although AGS Travels aims to provide all services as confirmed, operational adjustments may be necessary. Minor changes—such as slight schedule shifts, alternative but comparable hotels, or rerouting—do not qualify for compensation.
In the unlikely event of a major change or full cancellation, we will notify you promptly and offer:
Acceptance of the revised arrangements,
An alternative trip of similar value, or
A full refund of all monies paid (excluding insurance premiums and amendment fees).
AGS Travels will not cancel your holiday within eight weeks of departure, except in cases of force majeure or non-payment of your final balance.
Force Majeure
AGS Travels is not liable for disruptions or losses resulting from events beyond our control. These events may include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, war, epidemics, airline strikes, mechanical failures, or severe weather conditions.
In such circumstances, refunds or compensation may not be possible, and additional expenses may be the responsibility of the traveler.
If You Have a Complaint
If an issue arises during your trip, it must be reported immediately to your local AGS Travels representative or the involved service provider. You may be asked to complete a Service Report Form to document the concern.
Failing to raise issues during the trip may reduce or invalidate any compensation claims once you return home.
Our Responsibility to You
AGS Travels is committed to delivering quality travel experiences. If any part of your trip does not meet reasonable expectations due to factors within our control, we will offer appropriate compensation.
However, our liability is limited to a maximum of twice the value of the affected services, and does not extend to losses caused by external events or circumstances beyond our control.
Guest Conduct & Behavior
All travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines. If your behavior creates danger, significant inconvenience, or distress to others, AGS Travels or its partners reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements without refund or compensation.
You may also be responsible for any damages or additional expenses resulting from misconduct.
