4 Days Best of Masai Mara

0700hrs: You will be picked from the hotel and begin your journey to Maasai Mara. Shortly after departing from Nairobi the vast panorama of the Great Rift Valley begins to unfold and there are few places to stop and have a view.

Proceed with the journey and arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. After lunch freshen up and at around 1500 hrs. Proceed for your first game drive in the reserve. Maasai Mara is known as the Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserve, situated in Southwest Kenya. Famous for the abundance of lion, Great Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai people, well known for their distinctive custom and dress, it is without a doubt Africa’s most safari destination.

Maasai Mara National Reserve stretches 1,510sq km (580 sq. miles) and raises1, 500-2,170 meters above sea level. The terrain of the reserve is primarily grassland and riverine forest with clumps of the distinctive acacia trees.

Full day in the reserve to enjoy game drives in search of the big five and plains game that roam in the reserve (picnic lunch can be organized) with optional tour to a Maasai village.
